Apexstake Academy Ltd is committed to ensuring that your learning and shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. Our Refund Policy is designed to clarify how refunds are processed so you can enroll or purchase confidently, knowing you have the support of a quality service standard.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Return Approval: Refunds are issued only for items or services that meet our refund criteria upon review.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If your item or service is eligible for a refund but fails to meet the conditions, it will not be processed, and you will be notified accordingly.

2. Refund Processing

  • Inspection Process: Once a return or refund request is received, our Quality Control team will conduct a review to confirm eligibility.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank or card account.
  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service Fees: Please note that administrative fees, taxes, and third-party charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, e-learning materials, final sale services, and personalized course packages are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Notification Requirement: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@apexstakeacademy.com with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Refund Coverage: For confirmed faulty or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued, including any original shipping charges.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation approval.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items or services do not fully meet return standards, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or offer store credit. The customer will be notified if this applies.
